Ulez and 1200GS

I have just appealed against a prosecution for the Ulez charge for a 2004 1200GS, and the charge has been dismissed.

I had to send a copy of all the pages of the V5, as well as the Certificate of Conformity. I have also requested that the 1200 GS is registered as a compliant bike, and copied BMW so (hopefully) they can follow up.

I was going to post a copy the the letter from CC London, but I cant figure out how. :-(

Did you not register the bike for exemption prior to receiving the ULEZ prosecution ? Hundreds, possibly thousands of 1200 and 1150 models have been registered as exempt, all my 1150’s were done years ago in 2019 when it was first introduced. There are multiple threads in the 1200 and 1150 sections about ULEZ exemption.
