Can these be used with a Starcomm Advance system? On the UE website they mention their use with Autocom but does anyone know if they can be used with Starcom

Yes they can, you will require a replacement headset (PP04 I believe) from Starcom which costs £30, that gives you a microphone for speech and a 3.5mm stereo jack plug in to which Ultimate monitors will plug in.

Ultimate were an Autocom dealer hence more about Autcom being on the website but plenty of Starcom users have Ultimate monitors.

Thanks Judge, I've just had a look at the Starcom site & I think I need PP06 as I have a flip front helmet - I'll call them tomorrow.
Now I've got to decide on which UE set up to get.

Or if you know someone with a soldering iron you can buy a 3.5mm socket from Maplin for next to nothing and do it yourself.
