Have any of you used ultra seal the liquid tyre sealant which apparently seals the tyre and stops air loss upon the moment a pumpture accures? any thoughts or experiences welcome ?

There was a thread on this subject a while back. I think the general opinion was that it was pretty good. I don't use it, but many do.

If you go to the search page and do a search on UltraSeal, that should give you all the info you need.

Graham,

Got it in my 650GS.

Used to lose about 3psi if I didn't ride the bike for a week
(Gods way of telling me to ride it more :D )

Now I lose no pressure at all and have great piece of mind.

There is something in the blurb about it keeping the tyre a bit cooler, but as I'm not on the ragged edge on a race track, I'm not concerned.

I've notice no difference whatsover in handling at any speed.

Read the blurn and you'll see they say it's okay for double the speed limit................

A chum was "so impressed, she bought a franchise"

For the medway area if anyone is interested.

I'm sure she'll do a GSClubUK deal if asked.

She's already had 2 punctures saved.

However - doesn't stop you checking your tyres regularly, like a good boy - but you knew that anyway :D

Cheers

Jon

Jon,

I'd certainly be interested in getting my next set of tyres treated. Since that clearly won't be for the next couple of months (still on the sofa:( ), I wonder if there's enough interest on the BB to get your 'chum' to visit Eynsford or somewhere & do a group discount session?

MikeO:)

Judge beat you to it with a PM.

I'v e-mailed her the details - lets see if we can get something organised for those interested.
