Understanding suspension/setting up

I have been oh the Ohlins site and found the manuals you can print off pretty useful to help to understand suspension and setting it up. Hope it is of use to some of you!

Very good,it trys to explain things as simply as possible...and that not easy with suspension
it all becomes a lot more difficult when you find out that some things that you think are the rear setup are actually to do with the front and vise versa...

hey if you even come half close to a good setup thats a lot better than most
