Was coming through your neck of the woods this morning to get to Gatwick and saw an ST Focus on the side of the road with one of those electronic signs in the rear window saying Police. When it came past later, it was very hard to spot it was a police car... Just thought you guys would like to know :thumb2

That's the point:rolleyes:

If your doing nothing wrong you've got nothing to fear:augie

Probably an ANPR car doing a good job of getting all the uninsured cars off the road:thumb

:beerjug:

Saw the blue one pull a punter in a tango one on the A24
Be he thought he wanted some :D

:D They also have one in Tango Orange:thumb2
Audi A3 in graphite grey
VW Golf 3 door in same colour
BMW 3 Series Coupe in Silver
Skoda.
Toyota
An assortment of those kind of cars above in various colours....But, they have the old shape Vectra in silver on a 53 plate:eek

I use the motorways in the SE of the UK everyday......Since I have been doing this, I now no longer speed above an indicated 80 - 85 mph in or on any of my vehicles.

There are so many unmarked Police cars, it is impossible to remember all thier reg plates, colours, marques etc. Add the unmarked bikes to the mix and chances are, yer gonna get a nick sooner or later if breaking the law.

But this is a good thing:eek: I never thought I would hear the day that I would be saying that!!!!!!
There are more numpties out there that cannot drive than Police, so your chances of becoming an accident statistic in my opinion, are far higher than getting nicked:(

I see accidents every day of the week, sometimes more....It truly is unsafe out on the roads these days, if you think it will never happen to you, you are deluding yourself......Accidents are more common than you would think:eek

A problem all over the world....it seems:

I saw an unmarked dark blue S1000XR the other day or it could have been the other week

Not sure where it was that I saw it, but I definitely saw it and it was definitely unmarked

Let's be careful out there people

FWIW last time I was in a Met garage they were prepping a Supercharged Kawasaki with covert gear, and an artic tractor unit, and a Gas Board van ...

I wouldn't mind if they used them to tackle real criminals, but you get all the drug dealers running around with open pipes in BMW and Mercs, with whatever shit they fit to them to make them pop and bang like an anti-aircraft battery, zooming around town and village centres at 90 mph - and do fuck all, but if you are cruising along on the open road at a few mph over the limit they are all over you.

Artic tractors are good for catching other artic drivers eating / watching videos / texting plus they catch so many phone users as the muppets dont expect a truck to be the plod as they update their instagram page whilst doing 70 mph in lane one

Yep. I saw one of the sly fuckers set up with a camera on a bridge across the A130 this morning at 9.15. Just there to extract some taxes for the regime.

Why work hard for it when you can just target the motorways and trunk roads and have no shortage of customers, like shooting fish in a barrel.
