up loading routes

Got a problem. I,m trying to upload my saved routes from the 2610 to mapsource, tryed it 1/2 dozen times only to be told at 82% "There was an error communicating with your device. please make sure your device is plugged in etc" I have uploaded the waypoints so its all working ok, what do you reckon?

Have you tried using a different USB port? And then switching off the PC and trying again?

Have you turned the GPS off for "indoor use"

Make sure you don't have a route active.

and Mapsource released an up date last week you may need that.
