Uploading pictures to EBAY (help needed)

Iv'e been trying to sell my Morris Minor on Ebay but can't upload photos.
I have tried reducing the size with no joy.
I get Error message MEFB003. I have written to Ebay with no reply.
Any ideas please?

Size doesn't matter ...

... I have never had to 'reduce' a picture to get it on eBay, it seems to take whatever the camera produces. Not really helpful but one thing you can rule out

It looks like it could be related to either:

1) Active X control not installing properly (or damaged)
or
2) Pop-up blocking getting in the way.

What are you running (Windows version / web browser)?

You can use the 'Set up picture services' button (on the second link above) to repair the control (allegedly!)

I have downloaded the software and need to restart the pc for it to take effect.
