Two questions for anybody who's tried the BMW Black Collection side bags on their Turban.

1. Do they fit the standard SW Motech SLC carriers?
2. What's the quality like?

Hi Richard, I dont know the answers to your questions, but if you dont go the BMW Black Collection side bag route, I can recommend Hepco & Becker side carrier with Junior panniers....these provide 30 litres on the silencer side and 40 litres on the other... I used this arrangement on my Urban G/S for trips to Spain and France and it suited the bike really well. I've actually sold my G/S recently so will be advertising the H&B side carrier on this site shortly. Photo of bike with panniers attached fyi.... Mike
