I think you need to think about this. why do you need to buy so fast, there are lots of bikes out there.
Take your time and work out what you want, don't just rush out and buy something.

The cash is going back in the bank.
I will just wait for the right bike at a realistic price or go to a dealer and pay more through the nose for no hassle with a warranty. I have no p/x so that improves my situation.
There are many private sellers who clearly dont really want to sell; they advertise their bikes at over book high prices and then it seems, justify to themselves/their spouses/their teddybears that "it just isnt the right time to sell", and my favoutite quote of all "I dont need to sell it". So WHY WASTE MY TIME.
I have now remembered why I hate buying privately.

I admit defeat. Perhaps a GS isnt right for me. Time to visit the Jap shops too I think.
