Urgent!! chain splitter required

Hi all,

getting bike ready for the Red kite and just realised that the chain I got is too long. Anybody able to lend me a chain splitter in the Bristol area?

hi mate use an angle grinder,carefully.

As Derek says, carefully grind the head off the appropriate rivet with an angle grinder. Drift out the pin with a suitable drift (or a small nail).

Job done.
