Vario Inner Bags

Spent some time looking at alternative inner bags from the rather expensive BMW bags for the Varios and ended up ordering a set from Mane Event in Manchester.
They arrived today, quick delivery, and the quality looks good.
They are bag set 'BMW 15' and you can order them on their web site at www.maneevent.org.uk. £80 plus postage.

Try this ebay shop...greatbikersgear_com...I bought liners for my RT panniers and they fit fine and seem to be standing up well to normal use.

EDIT: Just noticed you've already paid out almost double what these ones cost...note to self: read posts properly in future.

I actually got some off fleabay for my `old` gs vario panniers - cheap as chips but surprisingly good value and did the job!

For both value for money, a perfect fit and totally waterproof these cannot be beaten - so why be ripped off by other manufacturers......!
I've used them when I had my GS and found them perfect and all for £16.

Assumption made that (a) I paid 14k for the bike and (b) I could afford £200+ for pannier & top box bags - I could'nt, that's why there great value for money.

I have just contacted Mane Event to ask a question about delivery to Germany. In their reply, they say "BMW 14" is the one to order for the 1200GS.
- I wonder what the differences are?

Got home and noticed that my Schuberth C3 helmet is broken - bugger gonna have to buy a new helmet now perhaps I shouldn't have bought the bags!
