Sold Vario luggage set: R1250GS

For sale everything you need for a full setup:
- Both panniers
- Pannier inner bags
- Top box
- Top box mounting plate
- Wall hanging kit

- Locks x 3. Suited but have been removed for ease as no key (existing wafers included).

All in pretty good condition, any dings as per the photos. Light scratches to side of top box.

I’d prefer to sell as a complete set at £650 collected from Twickenham, but will consider splitting depending on interest.
