Hi All, final one made and ready to test with Craig on Sunday if it`s not blowing a gale....................

For those of us who might not have been aware of the other threads it is simply a brace for the Vario Panniers to reduce the amount of `flap` you can get. I am not saying everyone with Vario`s will need this but there are some of us who do!

It is very easy to fit, takes about ten minutes, made mostly from stainless and comes with what little reputation I have got for very good stuff at a very fair price. as with all my hand made stuff it does take a while to make from order but even then you are looking at days not weeks.

I expect it to be priced at £30-£40 (haven`t done the number crunching yet) plus P&P. It should be on my site in a few days time once I have done the final testing.

Couple of points:

Its made from stainless apart from the adjuster feet.
It does not rest on the heat shield (Sticks does and I am NO WAY saying thats a bad thing - his is brill - I am just taking into consideration a point from another Tosser!)

I`ve also changed the OEM M5x15 fasteners which attach it for M5x20 as IMHO the OEM ones don`t quite seem long enough...............

Following testing I am looking to sell them individually but if anyone is after a batch then Stick is your man!

Seems good!

Tested mine today with the kind help of Craig and after a slight adjustment to the LH foot it seemed fine and worked very well indeed.

It was gusting very badly indeed but I was hoping that would have helped with the testing!

Thanks to Craig for coming out to observe and help :thumb
