Vario panniers not fitting

Hi All, I am trying to fit my vario panniers onto my f800gs and one of the panniers does not sit on the rail properly, there is a gap. Is there a way to adjust the case so it sits on the rail tight.

I've got Vario's on mine. There's no real adjustment. Sounds like you've fitted something incorrectly. Show us a pic of what's wrong, and we might be able to help.

There is adjustment on the rubber mounted blocks, that sit on the pannier rail.
Slacken the bolts off, adjust block to take up any free play, tighten, then check the upper locking point engages & disengages OK.
