Vario panniers

I have a pair of vario panniers that I may be selling if the bike goes

When I bought the GS1200 second hand the dealer reprogrammed the locks so they matched the ignition key. How easy is this to do?

Absolute doddle provided you start with the key that currently opens them.

Don't attempt to remove the barrel whilst half-cut, in a room with a swirly patterned carpet.

Learn from my mistake.

So what do you have to do exactly?

You just rearange the plates to suit the new key one at a time.
Easy when you know how.
There will be a how to somewhere. do a serch here or a google.

Thanks for the guide. Really useful. Haven't sold the bike yet. May well not. Will have to see. Unfortunately had a brill ride out last week so may hang on to it. Either way knowing how to adjusting the keys for the vario panniers is a pretty handy to know.
