Dealerships will and do change the barrels to code to your ignition key, how easy and how much :nenau I do not know. Maybe a call to the dealership :nenau

Different thing I know but, I recently swapped the hole mechanism off my vario top box to another identical looking vario due to a bike sale and me wanting my sticker memories for my new purchase that was easy peasy three screws.

won't come off

I have a problem with mine. Once I put them on, they are difficult to take off. Let me explain. I place the bag on the lower rail, then tilt it up so that the hole in the bag lines up with the "bolt" shaped object. I then pull the handle down and the u-shaped lock locks around the lower portion of the bolt.

When I try to remove, I raise the handle, but the u-shaped lock will not drop down from the bolt. When I compress the rubber that surrounds the lower rail and jiggle around, it comes off. Once I had to take a punch and hammer and tap down the u shaped lock. Maybe some lube?? What gives.

There's adjustment inside. Maybe they're too tight?
