Vario panniers

Hi to all has anybody ever wrapped the vario panniers and top box metal section or is it straight forward to remove the aluminium panels to have them sprayed

The metal trims will come off. Once you remove the end trims, you will find they are held on with silicone dabs, so just need a bit of gentle teasing off with something like a steel ruler.

And a modicum of heat: a hair dryer not a paint stripper just to soften the adhesive.
