I think it’s the lock barrel itself that is different, not the pannier itself.
Seem to think the barrel for he keyless models has two little pips on the sides of the keyhole , unlike the other type that have a normal rectangular keyhole.

Excellent condition Vario Panniers that fit the BMW R1200Gs K25 variant. Unlocked ready for coding to your ignition key, all you need is the rekevant wafers. Or can come with a separate key.
Clean and fully working expansion system. Literally a couple of minor marks but otherwise very clean indeed.
£225 collect Harrogate area or courier at your costs. May be able to assist around the Yorkshire area by arrangement.

Hi would these have the small exhaust pannier on the right hand side as you sit on it,.Would they come with a key as it seems the 800 gs hasBargain set here

Sorry I missed your bike was an 800gs, these are for a K25 1200 gs, exhaust cut out on left hand pannier
