I want to replace the feeble horn on my Para GS with something really loud.

I'm not sure if this means I'll need a pair (High & Low Fiamms for example).

Or whether one horn will be as good..? Any ideas, you clever people ~ :beerjug:

Try ...

... the Stebel Nautilus from NN's; 139db if memory serves :thumb

I KILLED my Nautilus on 2 protest rides in France... about 3 hours of honking. Halfway through the 2nd protest is was just farting.
Stick an airline on the trumpet and it works AOK so the compressor is fecked.

I expected more from it... Good while it worked though.

Stebel horns are great if you never ride in the wet, mine lasted about 14 months, then the same as above.

Waste of money in my books

Stebels are fine - but you need to drill a small hole in the base of the trumpet part to drain water that Vern has had a problem with.

My magnum has been on over 5 years and never had a problem. Bike is used year round in all weather.

Oh, and do NOT test it in a closed garage. DAMHIK :blast

A lot of excitement over horns here, I can't remember the last time I used one, on a bike or in my truck....................but then I'm not Italian!
