thanks Steve /tefflon

Ps did you get a chance to look at that other thing i was saying about dont wona say to much or every one on hear my want one lol

One for me too...!!

Mate, I think £15 would cover it on a Royal Mail Small Packets delivery service. There is no tracking however and they quote about 5 days for delivery.

Seems cheap but if I`ve goofed (again) I`ll pay any diffenece if you order because I am not bothered about the money, I am more bothered about you being happy with one of my babies :bounce1

Mark, just to be sure, are you saying £45 to include postage to OZ, for a 1200GSA style, without the lettering? Email me yer paypal details to [email protected] cheers mate:beerjug:

Er, no, I don`t think so

Mate, no I don`t think so - I think it`s £15 for the airmail postage to Oz plus the cost of the catcher (which is £39.99 less 10% for members). I do not make any further charge for a R1200GSA logo because too many people have now asked me for them so I can`t justify it as a special.

Hope that clears it up.

If you want one please paypal me on [email protected] BUT PLEASE PUT YOUR ORDER ON THE PAYMENT (thanks - its because I am busy and stupid and sometimes cannot tie up the forum idents with the paypal payments and have been sending Honda C90 logo`s out to other members :roll)

ta mate.

Here is the R 1200GSA lettering, shape and fitment as R 1200 GS, so I thought an "arty" picture will be okay to show the difference:

Knobbing off abroad

To everyone. I am having a break for a couple of weeks so any orders placed after the end of this week I won`t be able to do until I get back on the 4th of Jan :tears

I am absolutely knackered but very chuffed with all the support I have had with the crud catchers - I have been working very late hours not to disappoint anyone as everyone has been very kind with their positive feedback :thumb2

I don`t want to leave it to anyone else because I think most people buy the work I do because I do it personally :clap

Anyway, less bollocks - as I said, I am away at the weekend and I will work like a loon to get out everything ordered this week. On my return I will catch up and start work on the next item which I hope will also be as well received :hide

Mark Hooton :comfort

Next item, Next Item:drool

What you gonna make us. Come on spill the beans.
You cant just bugger off and leave us in suspense:blast

You demanding lot

:hug

Well, I am not sure. One member has been waiting a couple of weeks for me to come up with a high quality heel guard (I did some very sexy ones for a mate`s V Strom) but I am struggling for anchor points on the GS so I might just do one for the right hand side.

Otherwise, I really want to do a `Drive Sexy` lighting bar - fully stainless with laser cut logo`s and, of course, hand finished. More a work of art then anything else I have seen including very shitty powder coated mild steel ones going for a packet.

I don`t want to churn out high volume shite - it`s not what I am about. We can all get shitloads of that stuff from commercially focused suppliers (not that there is owt wrong with that) but I like the idea of speaking to the person who actually makes the stuff for my bike.

So, I hope that answers your question, mate?

I want a heel guard, so two of us waiting now :D

I admire a bloke who’s passionate about his craft.:thumb2

Heel guards are a great idea. I’d buy some or one.:thumb2

Don’t need a light bar on the GSA:blast

How about a centre stand bash plate:confused:

Cheers Mark and all the best
:beerjug:

Ha!

Ok, geezers. I`ll try to design one whilst I am away. The current Beemer one is `ok`. I don`t think I can improve on the function (apart from making it a little bigger) but I would really like to use the space to put a nice design in. Maybe the GS logo :nenau

Any ideas?

I will be able to access my mail, by the way, I just won`t be anywhere near my factory :Motomartin to laser out samples to improve/fuck around with.

Fair comment

fair comment about the lighting bar but it could be a truly horny item - we'll see eh? I might not be able to anchor it anywhere anyway. A centre stand bash plate is also a good idea, Thanks. And yes, I really to get my rocks off doing what I do. I have spent 20 years trying to strip cost out of everything in my day job and it`s great to be able to put cost (and personal craftsmanship) back in to stuff and see it so well received. And I`ve been on bikes for 30 years! Not many people are lucky enough to have a quarter of a million pounds worth of laser at their disposal either :thumb

Items to make

Boxes approx 25-50mm in height. that will fit inboard on the pannier racks on the GSA.

good for items that are needed on a trip but only need on odd occasions such as tools, vest, first aid kit, slime pump etc
