vibration through bars

when i turn left or right i have begun to feel a slight vibration through the handlebars. any ideas??

this occurs at slow speed, l or r hand corners, smooth roads. it might be happening at faster speeds but i have not noticed.

if they are tkc 80's - i'd say it was the tread pattern

is it your knee slider dragging ?
