Victory motorcyles

Please, allow me to assist in your decision making. They do look even more spectacularly absurd with the addition of a top-box (mind you – most bikes do, lets be honest!). Not a little unlike the Starship Enterprise I feel.

I like it....really....Sort of 'so naff it's good'......Sssssso Merkin.....Yeah, I like it.....:thumb2

I've seen better looking cancer tumours.

I love it :P

Bike magazine took one to the Arctic Circle and back when they launched it and they thought it was great. I've ridden one and it's a superb touring bike. Not only that you can drop them and the bodywork doesn't touch the ground, just some wings on the fairing :clap

Right then.
I believe in giving everyone and everything a chance.
So in that spirit I shall return to showroom tomorrow and have another look while sipping a cup of coffee.

The best thing that could come from that plan in more free biscuits and a chat with Levi. I saw the bike yesterday, and it didn't fire my rockets..........:barf

In white with the full kit, it is a stunning motorcycle:cool
I had forgotten about them until this thread, so thanks:thumb2
I love the funky rear lights and the star ship looks....It is probably the same reason I had a Katana 1100 not long after they came out:beerjug:

I love 'em ...

... Victory motorcycles that is; current fave is the 'old' Cross Roads as pictured below. If I sold the 'Glide, and a kidney, and knocked the back wall of the garage down I could just about do it

I test rode one of those, and thought the engine felt like a Yamaha TR1 I had in the early 80's. I like the look of the cross roads, but a couple of weeks later I went and bought a Road King instead.

What about if you were to toss it off a cliff?

Don't forget it's got wings on the fairing so it will probably fly straight back to you.
My guess is if you bought one you'd be we'll and truly married to it.

Well been for another look and..............it's sold!

Having had a closer look its the top box set up that tips the whole thing from silly looking to ridiculous.
It's a huge thing and the front wheel and head column are miles way from the rider. All in all it looks daft, although that doesn't mean it maybe wouldn't ride nice when on the move.
A massive barge that I don't think would be for me.
Still beauty is in the eye of the beholder :D

Ive had a Victory Kingpin tour for 4 years, toured all over, Southern alps mainly and popped down to Barcelona a couple of times. Never missed a beat.
Ever since I was a kid I wanted a Harley so I test rode loads of em a few years ago, after the GS I was massively disappointed. For the hell of it I test rode a Kingpin Tour...and bought one.
Horses for Courses

Plus the added advantage of not having to wear fingerless gloves, join the Harley Owners Group and ride slowly :hide
