Viewing iPod touch movies through ipad2?

Hi. Already got touch 64g with favourite films on etc, can anyone tell me if I can connect to an ipad2 to watch them on the bigger screen instead? Rather than just installing them on the iPad itself?? This would in effect make the touch a sort of portable h/drive? Any help before I take plunge would be great. Thanks

Hi the easiest solution for me was a lead (item 350434706954 on ebay). We often watch iplayer etc on the Big screen

I have quite a few Videos and TV programs (EyeTV) and have exported them at different setting depending on wether I want to view them on the iPad, iPhone, Ipod Video or Touch (3rd generation). Viewing Touch videos on on iPad will not be as good as viewing a video exported to maximise the iPad's screen.

I also have one of the RCA cables and often use that on my Touch/iPad if a TV is available.

Thanks for all repiles and suggestions.......bottled it in the end and bought a asus netbokk for half the dosh!!
