Vio Pov HD

Has anyone tried this camera? Whats it like compared to recent go-pros/drifts?

I'm wanting something that can be mounted on my helmet, preferably on top so it needs to be very small so that it doesn't act like a rudder when I do life savers etc.

Not sure how realistic this is, might have to side mount it no matter what cam I get?

I'll take that no replies means that this isn't a very popular camera haha.

Might just have to get a gopro and mount it on the side of the helmet :S

i have one

I have the VIO HD and I find it the quality not as good as the Go Pro Hero. I like the fact that you can tag which you cant on the old Go pro. However the cable attachment is a real pain in the arse and it is very delicate and can be damaged easily.

In reality i always go to the Go Pro, because its so easy to set up and it works every time which i can't say that for the VIO... hope this helps.

Yep

All of the above i have attached it the helmet facing forward and backward, on the bike, on my hand, on a stick even diving with it..no problems, works every time. I have heard some people say the new ones batery dont last as long as the hero cos of all the additional functions so i will stick with my basic..
