Finally had my Autocom and radio properly mounted on Monday.
It received well and transmits OK using the handlebar PTT button.
However, after ar ide last night I was told that my voice is very faint and difficult to hear. I have adjusted the microphone as instructed - it's almost brushing my lips.
Am I missing a trick here?
In addition my SP2610 isn't audible at all, even though it's plugged into Part 57 and then into the Aux socket.
The MP3 player worked plugged into the music jack., But the music doesn't seem to drop in volume when the radio is 'listening' and not at all when I speak.
Any thought would be gratefully received.
