Volume probs with kit 300 - music / calls. Help!

Hi folks, your help would be really apreciated here as this problem is niggling at my and spoiling an otherwise enjoyable bit of kit.

Basically........the volume of the incoming call is FAR FAR too loud and then when not taking a call, the ipod volume is borderline insufficient.

I've tried everything i can think of with regards fine tuning the rider volume knob and music fader knob but to no avail. i.e. just now the rider volume knob is about half if that, but still the call volume is REALLY loud.

Interestingly, my voice is a fine volume on the other end of the phone.

Kit is -

Autocom kit 300
Nokia 6500 Slide
Autocom part # 1273 dongle
Caberg Justissimo helmet
Ipod Classic

I really need help please.

Is there a volume control for the phone as well. ?

And the ipod volume...........i know that my ipod changes the volume in the helmet! maybe set that higher and then adjust the overall volume level on the autocom
