These are fab spacey, very economical motors. Got older one myself, which unfortunately I'm not really using as much as I thought I would, so also up for grabs.

That's better mate. If I was in the market to upgrade and would use it more, I'd be there in a heartbeat. I assume it uses Ad Blue?
A few of my neighbours run Passat estates, one of them is on his third one. They are bullet proof, dependable and quicker than people think: a lot of people view them as a "safe dad motor". On a recent trip from the Midlands to Scotland we took the Passat to give it a run, it returned 60 mpg. Amazing for a 2.0 engine IMHO.

I found Motorway offer more than anyone else when I have been selling. A couple of times their dealer auction has not reached the initial offer price first time and twice this has been exceeded. Bids are from dealers not Joe public or time wasters.

I found what to be well iffy. They give you a price, then go round your car, and discount it for every chip and bit of snot they can find. Some years ago they knocked a few quid off a smart car I took in, on the basis that there were 2 small chips to the edge of the plastic bonnet, stating they'd have to polish them out.
At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!!
