What a strange thing! Oddly interesting though. The size of the carb would suggest that you wouldn’t need to use the pedals much!

If you sharpened up that finial/ mudguard fin, you could literally slice through traffic. The engine looks like a bigger version of the mosquito engine they also put in bicycle frames.

I wouldnt trust rim brakes to stop anything A powered B that heavy. I would be wanting hub or disks as a minimum.
