I was watching it too after reading this thread, just out of interest to see what it went for.
It said that reserve was not reached, I reckon that with it being at a shop someone came in and bought it for more than what he was expecting to get on ebay
He said due to milage he would not put it up in his shop, but the colour of money will sway any man.
Just my 2 cents worth

agree with you there spike , if someone walked in with a handfull of cash at this time of the year they would let it go for sensible offer

Yeah exactly! The reserve was met... by me at £4k, then a couple of others came in and it went up to £4,400 last time I looked. So it must have sold for at least that. 
My guess is we'll never know what it truly sold for?
