Parking is an issue with many central hotels in Reims, even with a bike.

I used this one last time I stayed there. It was fine for a couple of days. There's an underground car park and it is very easy to find. You can see it from the autoroute, just across the canal. http://www.choicehotels.fr/hotels/hotel?hotel=FR163#

I didn't use the restaurant as the city centre is only a short walk and offers much more tempting offerings and I usually get breakfast from a boulangerie when in France.
