Hi
The Metalwork and Engineering adult education course at Ashton College, Blackrock Road, Cork will not take place unless additional students enroll. Details below.

Five more students are needed to get it underway. If you are interested please let me know.

This course will include welding and lathe work and a lot more. It's presented by an experienced tutor. It involves two hours attendance one night a week. Such courses are rarely available and I'm keen to attend this one.

Thanks
David
PS I am not connected with Ashton school. I just hope to be a student.

Sounds like a very interesting introductory course. :thumb

Course

Yes, the course is now officially cancelled due to low numbers.

I spoke to their admin again today to reiterate that the three students I know would consider any flexible options the tutor might agree to: e.g. shorter course, increase in fees, private tuition.

It's a long shot. Unfortunately, courses of this type seem to be entirely absent from the many Adult Ed programmes.
