Wanted Wanted Lucas 18 D1 Distributor ( or an 18 D2 I can use to repair my D1 )

As the title please its not really a distributor but it looks like one fitted on British singles with coil ignition to house the points any way if you have one you will know all that
the one fitted on my 65 year old Norton 500 is damaged . the D1 was fitted to BSA and Norton singles the D2 was fitted Norton and Triumph and Enfield twins when coil ignition took over from Magnetos
 
Sorted thank you Norton owners Face Book group Distributor + the unobtainable Cap

Any 3D printers fancy the challenge of printing a replacement cap for this as Lucas stopped making them in 1980

Edit - several new D2 caps found. Are these any good to you?

The D2 cap will fit but the HT inlet from the coil and the 2 outlets to the plugs are not needed in a single cylinder so it will keep the muck out and do the job but as the D1 only has a single cam lobe for the points and no rotor arm the correct Cap is as this I have a D2 cap fitted at the moment and now I have found both a used distributor and the correct cap all sorted note the simple part number D1 for singles D2 for twins
