Wanted Wanted Tank Bag for a 2024 gs800

Wanted Tank Bag for a 2024 gs 800 or guidance as to which one fits .
I notice a lot have the ring which fits on the fuel filler but but they then say to buy it separately as it's not included and there's a variety of different rings.
Does anyone know if the 1200 or 1250 will fit

It’s worth considering the Givi Tanklock system as it’s so flexible and there’s a great choice of tankbags.
You need the Givi BF11 ring (£17 on Amazon or EBay) which fixes the plastic flange to the tank.
The flange is included with the tank bag when you buy new. Most people selling used tank bags don’t include the flange, so you need to buy new unless a seller says the flange is included.
I use this system on my 800GS.

I've ordered the BF11 are you saying the tank bags come with the locking flange that then fits onto the BF11.
Just that sometimes the seller of a second hand one says flange not included.

Photos as promised - I also have a Kappa ST113 (above)) which slopes down to match the tank and looks better on the bike. It’s also cheaper than the Givi. Nothing wrong with the Givi though.

I did like you said and got the BF11 I then won a bag on ebay .In communications with the seller ha says he doesn't have the raised flange . so what would the raised flange cost and what would I ask for .

This is the flange you need;

This is a spare Givi / Kappa ZT480F-2R Tanklock Ring, identical to the one supplied with the Tanklock bag, ideal if you use your bag on another bike. Just combine this with the bike specific BF--- fitting kit (ie BF17 for R1200 GS) and you can use the bag on both bikes.
