Having now finished the XMoto , I desperately need a winter Project to keep me busy on these dark cold Winter nights . Surely someone must have an XChallenge that they want to part with.......

That is stonking, you're lucky to have a shed/garage to work in. Those things are meant to be barking. Looks lovely - is the Akropovic the exhaust of choice? Or Remus with big bore downpipe?
The Xmoto has got the full Akrapovic with the big bore header . Along with it's K&N air filter , Iridium plugs and AF-XIED unit it certainly shifts ;-)

Have you tried Germany? There are loads over there and in Italy.
Seen them - but costly once you add getting them back to UK and then registered , especially as they are then only worth 80% of a UK bike :-(

Have you got any links to places to look please? I have a project in mind! I don't think the re-registering thing is a big deal if you are going to keep the bike for any length of time. £100 re-numbering fee spread over 10 years is ahrdly worth worrying about. The journey to go and fetch one would be a good holiday - fly over and catch the train or bus to the town where the bike is. I bet the seller would help with the last couple of KMs by coming to collect you (or me). Then spend a happy couple of days riding back. Take the long way home!
This site for France but there are very few about by the looks of it. Quite surprised by the X Challenge prices in the rest of Europe..

that one in Italy looks superb. At under 2900 euros - that is only about £2750....room for recovery in there!
I have been quoted £375 to have the bike crated and shipped back to UK
