I recently bought BWM Santiago suit off Rab in the SS. it's a cracking suit but rather lightweight for winter riding.

Being on a tight budget, I'd ben utilising various fleeces and layers of thermal kit to keep warm on these colder days.

Then....brainwave.....

Into shed and dig out my diving drysuit 200g thinsulate undersuit, it's a one piece, quilted, fleece lined and thinsulated zipup 'overall' style with elasticated cuffs and stirrups to stop it riding up.

Absolutely bloody toasty, it is. Better than anything I've tried before. So maybe a look on some diving websites if you're after a warm undersuit?

And the Thermocline undersuits would be even better.:thumb2

Why does this image come to mind.....

That's a good link Klanky:thumb2. The Thinsulate 100gr at £89.00 looks like a good deal.

Perfect under a one piece outer suit.

I'll come out of the closet too

Hey Klanky, I've got to admit I use my diving undersuit too. It's really warm. I've also got a neoprene vest I use on ocassion.

Bikes and diving - to be honest it's just an excuse to wear rubber and leather in public right boys? :ymca
