Warning light R1200GS TU 2010

Ive recently got a 2010 R1200GS TU. I understand the 'self check' the bike does at startup with the warning lights. However, for a second or two after starting the red warning triangle shows with the battery symbol shown before going out. Everything works correctly etc, starting is fine, battery seems good etc. Is it normal for this red warning triangle to light for a second or two as soon as bike starts up or is it a symptom of something about to go horribly wrong?

Normal. It's abs sensor as wheels have to turn first

no ABS on this one and it does give the battery symbol at same time! J

It's normal, it takes a second or two for the alternator to kick in and the light to reset.
