I was heading towards Edinburgh on the M9 this afternoon - in my 1974 Series III Land Rover with a white Ifor Williams 510 Horse Trailer in tow - when about 8 GS' passed me heading towards Falkirk.

This would be around 15:30, just passing Linlithgow Loch.

Was there something on ?

(I was cursing my luck anyway - I should have been at the Log Cabin on the GS today but agreed to take Daughters to a Horse Show instead. Standing around in the Bathgate hills for seven hours in the freezing wind and drizzle is no pleasure at all !).

Bob.

Wisnea me Bob.
Sitting looking out window between 2.00 p.m. & 2.45 p.m. and goin north on A7 were something like 20 odd bikes during that 45 minute time frame. Of the 20, 14 or 15 must have been 12's or 12Adv. 2nd hand market for 1150's must be opening up, was my initial thought.

wisnae me either

I wis at Clarkies having coffee.
Was dry there Ron but pissin doon lower at the bridge and a' the east o' Fife (at that time).
Forgot all about the Log Cabins, damn, Wendy 'll no be talkin tae me noo.:o

Wisnae me!

Wisnae me either, I was out in the drizzle 'lookin the coos' in my trusty black TD5 Landrover Defender, complete with steamed up windows and water leaking in the back door as well as on my knee from the drivers door! Landrovers, now't like em!!:thumb2

Mind you, it could have been worse, I could have been out on a motorway in the rain on the GS!:D
