Washing Hi-vis gear

My Llindstrands Hi-vis WP over jacket has gone very grubby. The last time I tried washing it didn't really do anything. Anyone have and tried and tested ways of cleaning up Hi-Vis gear?

That’s one reason I stopped buying cordura style fabric hi-vis as once the road dirt is ingrained it doesn’t seem to get clean again

Nikwax tech wash, just rub gently with a sponge and rinse off. Works quite well on my Helite air vest

Sorry but in reality you are on a hiding to nothing , it gets grubby and fades and can never really be properly washed ,also washing eventually breaches the sealing in any 3M reflective tape.
At work our high vis stuff was lucky if it lasted 12 months and then got binned and replaced
