I don't suppose anyone has fitted the older GSA alloy panniers to the new Wasser ?
I tried mine in situ & they don't look bad if I had frames & maybe riveted the mounting locks at the front.
Obviously had to swop n/s to o/s etc..
A set of frames would be worth a few ££ to me right now..
Just need a good engineering company with the right attitude..

There was a thread abought this earlier, anyway,I looked long and hard and got a couple of well respected fabricators to have a look at doing this.

When you start to look closely at the amount of work that needs doing it's not really feasable,I'm sure it could be done but it's an awful lot of work to make a proper job.

But they're sat there & looked so good just held in situ... Can u imagine the take up if someone produced a few sets of mounts.. !

I suppose you could wait for the new GSA to be launched and take a good look at the new pannier frames and go from there?

Frames are not the problem it would be easy to alter them, altering the pannier is another kettle of fish.

Well from what I can see the only pannier that is a problem is the cut out one. The normal one the attaching frame can be removed and turned upside down so it faces the correct way and hay pesto that one is sorted, of course that is when the new frames arrive.

The cut out one is a different kettle of fish but undoubtly could be fixed when the new frames come out, but hay I only used to design R & D test beds so know nothing ;)
