Waste of time or good idea?

I did once scratch the cluster lens on a bike, had to get a 2nd hand replacement lens. Cost me £30.
Not a bad idea and, as you say, pretty cheap.

I would say why bother I never had a problem with my cluster except the time a monkey took a bite in Gib.

Useful if it helps a little with the glare.

Not sure what you will receive in the end though - pic is for that of a LC, listing just says ADV, and the description mentions "Precise cut to perfect fit for Yamaha YZF R3 / MT-03 cluster screen". Oh these chinese!

If it did, I'd buy one! Mind you, I'd atherosclerosis (isn't spellchecker brilliant?) RATHER have one that I knew fitted my GS than a random job like this onr. Does anyone know of a pukka anti glare film for the LC?

IVE just fitted one to my tenere,its mint fits perfectly and came from china quicker than bits from the uk,if anything it has a bit of a blue tint to it,you never know it might help with the corrosion!!!!! and before anyone gets upset i have owned three.

Bought one, it's a perfect fit BUT, it's not perfectly clear and makes the display more difficult to read - took it off after a few days. It comes with a screen protector for the Nav V/VI which is OK and I've left that on.

If anyone wants a .jpg template of the "cluster protector" to cut their own from clear adhesive film just ask.
