Water in tail light - No seal?

When looking over the bike earlier I noticed water in the tail light. I took it apart to give it a dry and noticed that no seal was used, just plastic to metal/plastic. There was quite a bit of water on the bulb and in the bulb socket as well. Not good imo.

Yes, mine's the same..............In a word......CRAP !!...

Agreed. My 30 year old Kawa even has a seal in the tail light! Time to look out the sealant
