I have just got my 1150 gsa back after a second visit to slm in caterham which lasted 5 weeks
to cure a problem which occured because of the failure of the gaitor between the gearbox and the shaft housing , because i am not scared of a bit of fording the shaft housing filled with water which couldnt escape so wrecking the bevel box and the wheel bearing ,it also seized the bearing in the gearbox which spun in the casing wrecking that as well .
Although i havent heard of this happening to anyone else i just thought i should let you guys know as if this had happened out of warranty i would would have been struggling to pay a massive bill .
