Hi, can anyone recommend a quality pair of waterproof gloves, all prices considered. Non bulky ones preferred. Bought so called waterproof ones before but have yet to find the prefect one! :thumb
Sorry if this is in the wrong place please move if neccessary. cheers Stuart. :beerjug:

I have a pair of Hein Gericke for sale, size large, £20, only used 3 times. They are a spare pair. I have some identical gloves which I have used for about 3 years and they are totally waterproof (Goretex) but not bulky. They are not really warm enough for a serious winter glove though. PM me if you want to see them in Blackburn ;)

I have a pair of RST Aquatec as a spare pair. Only wore them once from new just to see what they were like. They suited me grand, but i just bought a quality pair of Halvarssons gloves. ;)

It looks like these RST's will be spare-spare for a few years now. They'll fit a large hand, drawstring cuff, hard knuckle protection etc...

If you want them, i'll take a tenner plus a couple of quid for P&P. At that price.....Let me know if they sound OK, i can email a picture of them if ya want. PM me :thumb

I use held gloves, nice little wiper blade on the left finger and very waterproof but not the warmest glove. But Vendome's suggestion seems to be the way to go.

Just got the BMW summer rains from the bargain section, 1/2 price. Thin, but gore-tex waterproofing - ideal for use with heated grips and/or muffs.

I use Hein Gericke Pathans. The are cheap, warm and dry. Also scored well in the Ride glove test (for what that's worth). You can get em in regular glove or in a rather daft looking but highly effective lobster claw stylee.

Shame they don't do em in yellow tho. It would help increase your speed.

cheap solution

get some very cheap over gloves or bar muffs as suggested above

Hein Gericke also do a decent very effectively protective waterproof glove for about £40

waterproof gloves.

Thanks everyone, bought some Hein Gericke ones from another gs'er but still thinking of getting the muffs that everyone raves about. :beerjug:
