Waterproof neck tube

Fed up with water leaching down my neck tube on long wet rides so I end up with a damp chest!

I'm looking for a waterproof tube/gaitor that sits on the OUTSIDE of the jacket but cant find one anywhere. It would look similar to the external storm collar fitted to top spec Hein Gericke and Rukkka jackets. I specifically don't want something that covers my mouth and nose, just my neck. An apparently simple requirement..........

Anyone got, or seen, something suitable?

Thanks Degsey, looks interesting - have you worn it in heavy rain and did it stay dry on the inside?

One of these so far so good, not worn in a downpour but has been used in rain and kept me dry.

Yes I have, done the job fine no leaks, I use it with a stich one of the down falls of the suit is the sealing around the neck this solved the problem

Comfy, warm and dry. In the weather we've been having this past week it's been top-notch. Much better price than the Alpinestars balaclava thing, and I don't like balaclavas much anyway.

Can't say I'd wear it as a beanie or balaclava though...

Forgot to say that In the pishing wet I've been wearing it back to front, with the rubbery coated side forward. Mind you, the rest of it seems to repel water well anyway.

I got a red one, almost a perfect colour match for my ancient Rukka jacket.
