Why? A 1200's a 1200. They come in 4 (?) colours.

but mostly, some photos of the nice people who talk to us about this amazing bike.... so that we can put a name with a face and a bike

Picked up the bike yesterday, brand new. First
BMW I've owned (I traded in my 3 year old Kawasaki
ZR-7 to get the R1200GS).

I'd just arrived home for the first time with the new
bike and was pulling a stupid face because the
girlfriend was taking a photo.

Put some miles on it tonight and come over to the East Anglian GS'er get together at the Jenyns Arms, Denver Sluice.

Call me suspicious but why the post, here and in the GS or not 2 GS section and why refer to 'we' and 'us'.
