Web hosting - video clips

Can anyone recommend a website that will let me host/post small video clips (sorry no porn ) and photos, preferrabley Free, but not too bothered if i have to subscribe

I like it because it is free and it allows the videos to be displayed on any computer, not just Windows which is often the case with other services like putfile.
