One tip: Line the bottom with silver foil and / or add a small amount of water (or even sand) to the bottom, to deal with fat. It’ll make it easier to clean.

It’s the same trick with the Cadac. Don’t let this put off anyone from buying the BBQ. They really are very good for anyone in a small camper van… or even a larger one.
