Webpage unawalable outside Norway?

The page from out "chapter" around Oslo, is unaccessable outside Norway...

Can somebody test it?

Checking the domain brings up this information. Is 194.63.248.47 the IP address of your hosting webserver? If you can see the site in Norway then it's possible that there's something set-up that's either blocking all known foreign requests or only allowing known Norwegian domestic requests (there is a subtle difference between these two when it comes to those IPs that fall into the unknown category). This can be done via the htaccess file on Apache or via an add on to IIS on a Windows server. It could be something upstream of the server itself though. Good luck!

As Bumpkin said. It's a 403 error so it is coming from the Web server and not a firewall.

Might this also possibly be a DNS propagation issue. Have you just migrated the site to a new server or changed the IP address for some reason? People in Norway seeing the new location before DNS propagates globally, the rest of us still seeing the old location... can take up to 48 hours though usually quicker.

Most likely, unless there's some weird 'clear-out' config. on the old server. Can't see propagation, within Europe, being the issue over the 19 odd hours since the OP posted anyway, still getting the 403 error.

Doesn't work from the UK, Singapore, Israel, Japan.. can confirm it works from Germany.
