Anyone fancy giving me a backie to Oxford on Wednesday? Petrol and bacon buttie paid for:thumb

What Time?

What time do you need to be there? I may, that is MAY be heading that way on Wed's for an overnight stop off in Bucks, but it's not yet confirmed. Do you need to be there for a gig on Thursday?

Otherwise I'm going to London, from the NW very early on Thursday morning.

PM me if you want to. BTW, I'm not heading north again 'till the week after, at least.

Cheers matey...picking up a bike down there so only need a one way trip. Can get there anytime, but the earlier the better really. It's only a couple of miles off the M40:thumb

Geezer, my plans are based upon being close to the South by late afternoon or early evening, and therefore for a £25 train ticket, I'd suggest you take that. I know it's a PITA but you get to run your own schedule and you can sleep on the train.
If you can't get what you want you want then try me again because I'm still trying to work out my plans and may be in a position to help you out: BTW, Recent past experience tells me that £25 is about just enough unleaded to get to Oxford and your train ticket deal looks appealing.
I'm going that way for the London gig on Thursday A.M. and don't need to be there any earlier.

Hah! Was that you....on an 1150 i believe??

It could 'ave been. :augie. A very much loaded silver 1150 GSA.

I saw several GS's on the opposite carraige and even received a :ymca wave from someone on a red 1200 and was probably in Oxfordshire at the time.

Enjoy your bike. I see there's another thread to be read. :D
