To give it it's full title - the Glen Lyon Post Office and Tea Room. It's well known to and used by Tossers on a run.
I led a BMWC run that way today, over Ben Lawers from Killin, and we stopped there for tea and stickies. You must have been in front of us, 'cos the Minis were about half way between the tea room and Keltneybridge when we met them.
Did you come over from Killin via Glen Lochay into Glen Lyon? Nae hairpins the way we came.

Glad you both had a good day out :thumb2

Looks an interesting run. I made it as far as the Dukes Pass today which was good. Nice run back from Fintry down to Lennoxtown as well.

I fancy exploring the Borders sometime soon for a wee change.

Iain

As it happens I was out and about in the borders on saturday on the DRZ. If you wait until June there is a nice section of dere st. (roman road which hasn't been turned into the A68) that can be ridden - currently with a temporary closure due to lambing season but this will only last until the end of May.
